‘ESA Scotland has created Facebook community groups to provide a safe space for East and Southeast Asian people in Scotland to share useful information, resources, to provide community support, and share common cultural joys. ESA Scotland will make sure all our community groups are properly regulated to maintain a high standard of safety, comfort, and purpose. Please feel free to join any of our community groups: 

 

Terms and conditions of online community groups: 

  1. We will not tolerate any forms of harassment or abuse. 

  2. Keep the group non-political.  

  3. No hate speech is allowed. 

  4. No spamming the group (repeatedly posting personal businesses or services outside of dedicated posts). 

  5. No selling or advertising of any illegal substances or smuggled goods.  

  6. No selling or advertising of any wildlife or animals. 

  7. We will not tolerate any political propaganda materials.  

  8. We will not tolerate the spreading of health misinformation of any kind. 

  9. Any posts containing conspiracy theories that could endanger people’s health will immediately be removed. 

  10. Doxxing (or the search and publication of private identifying information, such as home addresses and workplaces) will not be tolerated.
