Hong Kong BNO Community Focus Group

ESA Scotland is running focus groups to seek to understand the needs and barriers of the Hong Kong BNO community and learn how to improve the services offered by the government’s Welcome Hub. The forum is community-led and will seek to develop a greater understanding of the BNO cohorts’ experiences in Scotland so that there is feedback on how to improve the system for the longer-term outcome and offer more experience-based support for new arrivals in the future. 

ESA Scotland has been commissioned by COSLA’s Hong Kong Welcome Hub and is funded by the UK Government’s Department for Levelling up, Housing, and Communities.
